SNG & Associates, Inc. (SNG) was established in 1999, and has been assisting local agencies in the area of municipal engineering with a primary focus on land development, capital improvement project design and project management, and construction management. SNG has been providing services that cover all aspects of engineering review, design, project management and administration, bid services, construction inspections, and construction management for local agencies. Our services have been well received and recognized by the citizens, city councils and management.

  • Nanda K Gottiparthy

    Mr. Nanda Gottiparthy is the founder and oversees marketing, management and administrative functions. He served as City Engineer for cities of Livingston, Atwater and Oakdale.

  • Douglas Rodgers

    Mr. Douglas Rodgers provides plan review and project management of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

  • Tim Nguyen

    Mr. Tim Nguyen assists in processing of building permits, grading permits and review of plot plans.

  • Micheal O'Connor, P.E.

    Mr. Michael O'Connor manages plan review and preparation of documents and agreements related to land development projects.

  • Daniel B. Valiao

    Mr. Valiao has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management services on numerous land development, capital improvements, and institutional building construction projects.
