CITY OF DUBLIN : Entitlement and Plan Review Support Services (15 years)

SNG has been providing development review services to City of Dublin for over eleven years. SNG provides support in reviewing all types of development applications and permits including preparation of conditions of approval of planning applications, review of permit applications from Building Department for engineering requirements, plan review of residential and commercial developments, preparation of agreements, staff reports to City Council and project close-out.

Numerous projects requiring compliance with Stormwater regulations C-3 and C-10, Title 24 accessibility regulations and complex hydraulic design issues have been reviewed. SNG also reviewed many residential subdivisions and prepared agreements and staff reports for City Council prepared. One example of a recent subdivision is Schaefer Ranch, a Residential project consisting of 480 homes that involved extensive hillside grading, storm drainage detention and water quality basins, establishment of Geological Hazard Abatement District (GHAD), coordination with Parks District, Caltrans and Regional Water Quality Control Board. SNG is currently assisting City of Dublin in review of residential projects such as Schaefer Ranch Unit 3, Grafton Plaza PD and Site Plan Review and Nielsen Residential Project..
